As we continue to improve Bitbit, we will be implementing some temporary changes in our service. 

The following Bitbit functions will be  temporarily unavailable  in all Bitbit platforms (Web, iOS and Android apps).starting July 23, 2018:

1. Bills payments from Philippine Peso and Bitcoin wallets; 

2. Top-up and conversion to Philippine Peso wallet; 

3. Conversion from Philippine Peso to Bitcoin wallet.

4. Cash-out from Bitcoin wallet.

Rest assured that you will still have access to your Bitcoin wallet and will still be able to receive and send Bitcoin.


If you still have Peso balances remaining in your Peso wallet after July 22, you have the option of requesting a refund via credit to your bank account or cash pick up by sending an email using your registered Bitbit email to support@bitbit.cash containing the following refund instructions:


For Credit to Account, provide:

1. Exact Amount to be refunded

2. Bank

3. Bank Account Name 

4. Bank Account Number


For Cash Pick-Up, please provide the following:

1. Exact Amount to be refunded

2. Selected Pawnshop (Cebuana/MLhuillier/Palawan)

3. If to be picked up by a representative:

- Beneficiary's/Representative's Name

- A copy of the Beneficiary's/Representatives's ID

- Beneficiary's/Representatives's Mobile Number
